BOCW Service Certificate -Form XXIV
Every employer shall, in respect of each work on which he engages building workers,-
(a) the issue, where the wage period is one week or more, wage book to each of such building worker in Form XXIII under Schedule-XIII to these rules to such building workers in which entries shall be made at least a day prior to the disbursement of wages to them:
(b) the issue, a service certificate to each of such building worker in Form XXIV under Schedule-XIII to these rules, to such building workers, on termination of his service on account of completion of such work or for any other reason: and
(c) obtain signature or thumb-impression of each such building worker against the entries relating to him, on the register of wages and such entries shall be authenticated by the employer or his authorised representative.
