Incorporation of a new company with Turbocomply

The Incorporation for a new company can be made via e-Form SPICe accompanied by SPICe MOA and AOA.
To get the Incorporation certificate from MCA, the following Checklist has to be completed.

1️⃣ Documents accepted as Proofs:

A. Proof of Identity of Designated Partner/ Shareholder
1. PAN Card (Mandatory)/ Valid citizenship proof (notatization required for foregin national)

B. ID proof of all Designated Partner/ Shareholders
1. Driving license/ Passport/ Voter ID (notatization required for foregin national)

C. Proof of address Designated Partner/ Shareholder
1. Bank Statement/ Mobile bill/ Landline Telephone / Electricity (all in english not older than 2 months) (notatization required for foregin national)

D. Documents required for Register office Of the Company
1. Valid Lease Deed/ Rent agreement along with rent receipts and authorization letter from the owner for use of premises
2. Electricity card not older than 2 months
3. NOC from landlord for use of premise

E. For DSC
1. Soft copy of the photo
2. PAN self attested
3. Aadhar self attested mobile number, email id

F. For DIN
1. Scanned copy of self attested Identity proof and address proof of the above for filing online. The documents have to be notarised in case of foreign national

G. Others for Foreign Designated Partner/ Subscribers
1. Valid business visa
2. Apostillised LLP Agreement (if signed in India by all subscribers then with valid business visa the LLP Agreement and other documents signed in India need not be notarised)
