Factories Act – Renewal of license – Form 2
Not less than 2 months before the date on which the license expired and Form 2 shall be accompanied by the original license shall be submitted to JD-DISH with appropriate fees.
An Application for renewal of Licence is required to be made to the office of the Director of Factories.
The Licence is valid up to 31st December of the year in which it has been granted. An Application for renewal of Licence complete in all respects is required to be made in advance delivered in the office of the Director of Factories at least 30 days before the due date of expiry of the Licence, which is 31st December of the preceding Calendar year for which the Licence has been granted/renewed/applied for renewal
